These sessions are designed to build on each other as a series of sessions in order for you to become a sovereign being fully in the drivers seat of your own reality. (But they are also highly beneficial as a one time session if you choose.)

The path of the sessions...

Step One - 
This is the initial session were we get a clear vision on the goal of the sessions, as well as create a full spectrum map of all the major players, energies and patterns that are in your life now. In your initial visit you will be introduced to the powerful tool of the Clearing Statement.

Step Two - 
We get to know the lay of the land, your internal world. This is the heart of the work. We will go layer by layer and connect with each program running in your energy field, subconscious mind, and body. These programs could be anything from limiting beliefs, childhood traumas, trapped emotions, ancestral energies, psychic attacks, energetic cords, implants, entities, contracts, agreements, miasmas, etc. 

Then...
  1. We will begin to clear and strengthen your energy field, body and heart/mind. This will be the clearing, and removing of energies or beliefs that don't serve you, and then starting to bring in the new clean and supportive beliefs of the true you.
  2. Awareness is key. You will start learning the skills to do the work of maintaining your energy all on your own (yes, you will get homework!) As we create the awareness, this will allow you to begin to step into the role of being the sovereign creator of your mind, body and spirit. As you keep developing your awareness and your communication with your subconscious/body and higher self/guidance system, you will strengthen your the abilities to catch things quickly that are not serving you.  

The Path-
You become the empowered you, that is equipt with the knowledge and the support system to continue growing into your full soul consciousness, and of course experiencing the freedom to have more happiness, joy, love and confidence in being you!

    • I am aware and understand that in some cases it may be necessary for the practitioner to respectfully touch my shoulder(s), hand, wrist, or forehead in order to assist me in relaxation. I give her the permission and consent to do so in order to help me establish a beneficial state of hypnosis.
    • ​I am the co-therapist in this session and I agree to participate in each session to the best of my ability. I am in control of my session and I am free to terminate any or all sessions at any time should I choose to.
    • There is a strict confidentially policy. All my sessions will be honored and kept in full confidence between Becca Lynn and myself. This same confidentially is respected when working with minors under the age of eighteen.
    • I Agree to be on time for my appointments and to allow at least 24 hours advanced notice should I need to cancel or reschedule a session.
    • I give my full consent to receiving hypnosis/hypnotherapy and or coaching sessions with Becca Lynn.
    To be more successful in reaching my goals, I know it is important for me to:
    • Accept responsibility for myself, my choices and actions, and that I, knowingly or unknowingly, create them. (Note: Responsibility means the ability to respond)
    • Realize that blaming anything or anyone, including myself, is totally useless and that the only person that can take charge of my life is me.
    • Recognize my thoughts, feelings, perception and actions have a direct effect on my life and I can ultimately choose my own experience.
    • Be an active and willing participant in my hypnotherapy/coaching session and as a co-therapist I am engaged in reaching my goals through the process of the sessions and in my homework assigned.
