What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis?​

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)  is a deeply spiritual session that works within the theta state of the mind where the Higher Self easily comes through, opening the space inside for self healing to happen instantaneously.

QHHT is a technique created by Dolores Cannon which she has developed and refined over her 50+ year career as a regressive hypnotherapist, working with thousands of clients in countries all over the world.  One of the greatest aspects of this work is the connection that is created in the session with the Higher Self where questions can be answered and healing can occur.

QHHT involves inducing an individual into a deep state of trance through visualization. A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you drift off and fall asleep. Historically, hypnotists have avoided conducting research with patients in this state because of the strange and often inexplicable results that are recorded. But this is the state in which we are most open to the deepest levels of healing and change.

In the Theta state individuals can gain access to an infinitely knowledgeable and powerful aspect of themselves that is always present with us and exists just below the surface of our conscious mind.  Dolores has labeled this the "Subconscious"  and I refer to it as the Higher Self.   The Higher Self allows us access to past lives and performs instantaneous healings when appropriate. For over 50 yrs. Dolores technique has proven to be effective on thousands of people all over the world regardless of their Age, Gender, Personality, Physical Symptoms, Religious Beliefs or Cultural Backgrounds. This work has conclusively supported the finding that we have all lived multiple Other Lives and we all have a Higher Self which contains the answers to any question we may have about ourselves or the life we are living.

This is the core foundation of all Becca's sessions.  Although she has many "tools" available to use during a session, the ultimate goal is the connection with the Higher Self.

The first session may last 3 to 4 hrs and follow up sessions are a bit shorter lasting approx 2 hrs. 


Generally only one session is needed in order to experience great benefits but getting more than one can allow for a deeper exploration into the subconscious. Through experiencing a series of sessions, the client can become more comfortable with the process and this in itself allows whole new levels of information to channel through.


Each session comes with an audio recording of the session.
