Preparing for a QHHT or Regression Hypnotherapy Session

BEFORE YOUR SESSION:
It will be very helpful for you to read the Hypnotherapy page in order to have a better understanding of hypnosis. Write down any questions you may have so we can address them at the first session.
PLEASE FILL OUT A CLIENT CONSENT FORM. If you would like you can download it ahead of time and have it ready when you arrive or fill out the online form below. If it is a skype or phone session, you will need to complete the online form at the bottom of this page before the session. During the pre-session talk we will fully establish your goals for your sessions and what you would like to accomplish through hypnotherapy. From here we will create a plan for helping you reach these goals. Generally 3 to 5 sessions is recommended to create the change you wish to see, but there is no set perfect number. Through the process you will not only be moving towards your goal, but you will also learn how to utilize hypnotherapy as a tool that you can apply to your daily life.
FOR YOUR QHHT SESSION:
I ask that you start to prepare ahead of time by sitting with a notepad and writing anything that comes to mind that you would like to bring forward in the session on an spiritual or emotional level and then also on a physical level. Allow this paper to hold all that you would like to focus on until you get to the point were you feel there is nothing more to write. I also encourage you to intend to bring these thoughts into your dream time as you fall asleep to allow your subconscious to begin to discover solutions to present to you in the session.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:
Please dress comfortably and bring your list of questions with you. Other than that all you really need is the curiosity to explore and the desire for change and/or more knowledge in your life.
