Doing it will clear out anything that's disharmonic.

The 12th dimensional frequency bands contain the frequency bands of all of the dimensions below them. 1 - 12.

The 12 D Frequency represents the Christed imprint, the fourth harmonic liquid light pre matter imprint that everything manifests from here on Earth. 

The 12 D holds our Higher Level of Identity. That is the part of our beings that has not been distorted. 

In the Expansion Process as we moved into lower densities, doing this caused our scalar fields to become distorted. 

When we realign with the christed imprint, our Maharic shield, with our 12th dimensional identity level, and the scalar grid that holds that level of identity, we are recalibrating all of the frequencies that compose our entire being, our body and everything around us as we go. 

We are putting them back to their original state of purity. 

When we bring up the 12th dimensional pillar, you are creating a pillar of energy harmonization with any energy that comes into your field. So that it's recalibrated into what it is supposed to be. Therefore if there is negative things that come into our field, they get reversed into harmonic energy.

This technique is not hard to use, you just need to know that it exists.

Amplify your 12D up to a  48 D Shield

This is a foundational step. We work with this shielding all the time and it is recommended to shield up with a resetting of this shield before joining any group event or places you will be blending your energy with others.  Thinking of it like getting dressed before you leave the house.

Written Steps for the 12 D Shield 

Step one – Visualize your merkaba star in your pineal gland shining light a platinum star

Step two – Take deep breaths in from the base of your spine and pull your breath up to the merkaba star in your pineal gland. Imagine the star popping into a brighter star.

Step three – On an exhale, breathe the merkaba star down your central column and imagine your star going all the way down into the crystalline core of the earth and merging with that divine energy of the 13th Chakra which hold 12D frequency.

Step four – Merge the energy of the core with your energy and breathe it up to 6” below your feet to the position of your 12D morphogenetic chakra point.

Step five – imagine the energy creating a disk of light under your feet like your own platform that is the base of your container of light. (see image above)

Step six – breathe and bring your awareness back to your pineal gland and image a container of plasma light filling the space all around you and inside of you. (see image above)

Step seven – Now inhale and on the exhale pop your merkaba star out the crown of your head like a shooting star and send your star to the heart of the universe.

Step eight – Merge your light with the light of the core of creation and feel that energy beginning to open your awareness to universal consciousness of the creator.

Step nine – Breathe the cosmic energy down like a shower of stars that fills up your container and locks a seal or lid on the to of your container completely protecting you and encasing you in this powerful light.

Step ten – bring your awareness to your heart and imagine feeling the eternal flow of cosmic energy flowing through your from the heart of the earth, to your heart, to the heart of the cosmos, back to your heart, to the heart of the earth, in an eternal infinity loop where your heart is the point were heaven and earth meet.
